The property is decorated in a Moroccan style, very warm and comfortable with a total of four bedrooms on four levels with a maximum capacity for eight guests. The house provides an alarm system and garage for a car and you may also park a second car on the driveway in front of the garage gate. This property has a fantastic outdoor space, where you can enjoy the sun, the sea or have a BBQ. When walking into the property you see a modern fully fitted kitchen. From the kitchen you walk out to the lounge, where you have seating for around eight guests, outside there is a dining area for eight and comfort relaxer seating also for eight guests. The basement has a twin room with single beds and a large second living room with Moroccan syle seating and decoration. (*photo shows projector that is not available and the basement bedroom nor the living area have air conditioning*) Upstairs on the first floor you will find three tastefully decorated king-size bedrooms which two of them share a family bathroom and the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The top floor has a spacious bedroom with two single beds, a terrace with amazing views of the beach and another large bathroom. The property is fully air-conditioned (first floor is integrated and works together). This property has a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection throughout the house and is included in the price, same as you also find flat screen TVs in every bedroom (only Spanish TV) and international TV including Sky channels with videos and series for free (only available in the ground floor living room). All in all, a lovely family townhouse for your holiday. The house is located in a quiet seafront urbanisation in Playa Lobon on the western outskirts of Estepona. We recommend a car for this property however Estepona port and the popular Playa del Cristo is only a 20 minute walk away. The closest restaurant is only a kilometre away and you also have the possibility to cross the main motorway (by bridge) to get to the other side. You may will find other restaurants and bars in the port, there is a petrol station close by for snacks and drinks. The closest supermarket would be Aldi and Mercadona, located only two kilometres away.
